Highlander Beer was born and crafted in a shed in picturesque Southern Highlands town of Robertson NSW. Over time our beer has out grown it’s humble shed beginnings.
Now our great beers are made under the watchful eye of our Head Brewer in like minded regional Craft Breweries where fantastic Australian quality ingredients are crafted in to great tasting Highlander Beer.
We are proud that Robertson is the home of Highlander Beer and all our beer development is still crafted in the same original shed.
